Join our supportive multidisciplinary team, where learning, collaboration and professional growth are genuinely valued. At Aquila Kids, our clinicians work closely with one another, sharing knowledge, ideas and expertise to provide the best possible outcomes for the children and families we support.

We also value strong collaboration beyond our own team. Our clinicians regularly liaise and work alongside external Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, as well as Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists, educators, early childhood professionals and other health providers. This may include attending team meetings and home visits or delivering combined sessions to ensure each child receives coordinated, holistic and individualised care.
